Internal video is shot from our fancy cameras throughout the inside of the home.
We do not fly our drones inside - although it would be fun, it's not safe!
When to order Drone
There are a few properties we believe should always include drone photos and videos like commercial properties, high-end properties, homes with acreage, a waterfront view, or a stunning mountain scene, just to name a few. Drone photos and video can also be a great way to show proximity to local attractions too, like this amazing Portland home. Photos alone would not have been enough to capture this unique home!

Internal Video Production
Internal videos are great to add to properties that have special features inside that you may want to highlight in motion. They're perfect for properties that have stunning outdoor spaces.
Many Realtors don't offer this service since it is one of the most expensive marketing add-ons and takes additional time to produce. Therefore Realtors who offer a video for their clients will have a better chance of winning listings.
We would suggest always getting an internal video on large properties (4,000+ SQFT), properties that are on a river/lake/oceanfront, homes that have extravagant outdoor entertainment areas, or properties that have multiple outbuildings.
